Cadac Citi Chef 40 Black

.Great gas bbq. We're motorhomers and had considered the cadac 30 size but having physically seen it, decided the cooking plate looked too small.. The 40cm plate is perfect size for two of us and would recommend it. Plate gets hot across the whole diameter and has loads of umphh on the highest gas setting. The hood clips on the back of the cooking base acting as a windbreak. The plates big enough for 6 sausages, 2beefburgers and a couple of kebabs all at the same time. Turning the gas down a little and fitting the domed hood allows the cadac to act as an oven and ensures the meat is cooked right through giving the impression I know what I'm doing. Very easy to use but planning on buying the plancha so all the fat remains on the plate and I only have one thing to wash.

Used for 2 weeks when camping - dropped once and broken - everything else about it well made - why have a breakable surround - disappointed.
